One of the joys of living here for me is the variety of people I can meet. Global travelers, French, English, Italian, UK, Australians, Greek, Indonesian, American, Malaysian, Chinese, Taiwanese, Dutch and the list goes on. What this means to me is whenever I go out to dinner, or meet some friends in a cafe, or simply shopping in the supermarket, I could meet someone who's been in Bali for years, or I could meet a holidaymaker, first time in Bali. This variety of interactions is enjoyable. I feel that on this stunning island I am both removed from other places I've been and yet so connected. Is Bali the centre of the universe ? Sometimes.
I'm used to living in popular tourist destinations. My usual home in Sydney , Australia is in Coogee , by the beach or Bondi , Vaucluse, the eastern suburbs of my beautiful city. Previous to that I have spent 6 years living in, Harajuku, Tokyo , Japan. Most visitors to Tokyo will visit Harajuku with it's famous night time street lighting, Sunday entertainment and youth market. I'm asked if I miss these 'homes' . I think I experience an enjoyable sense of nostalgia , yet this place here is my perfect home.
One of the reasons I am calling this island home is also because of the tremendous opportunities here. Financially speaking business here is booming. The property market is still in it's infancy, the potential to make a great return on investment is great. For example I see the Bukit, Jimbaran area as a potential Double Bay with luxurious private estates and homes being built there. This land is still greatly undervalued compared to what it has to offer. Globally such incredible views and rolling hills, with cliff front land and private beaches is prime real estate. Although the land up in Bukit is still low on world standards the prices have risen sharply in the past 5 years. Smart investors are making money here !
My own work career began in the financial markets, as a foreign exchange broker. Since then I've worked in sales and marketing, from door to door sales to medical equiptment sales and conferences throughout Asia. I've been lucky to experience two distinct and yet complementary sides of my working life. On the one hand, investments, finance and international property development and sales. And on the other side is my work in corporate training, personal development and my work as a therapist.
In Bali at the moment I'm working with a wonderful company called Paradise Property.
I have had the pleasure of attending 3 of Bali Property Expo's in Jakarta and showing interested investors like yourself some of the stunning properties we have available. When we say stunning in Bali we really mean it !
Many of my friends here have successful Villa Hotels and Resorts and watching this market grow has been fantastic. One of the most popular areas is Seminyak, and the developments coming up here in this area are beautiful. With land prices appreciating and the availability of freehold land decreasing each year, the capital gains on these properties are phenomenal. My next favourite spot is Canggu, I've spent 2 years living near the beach there and it's fantastic. Lush tropical ricefields and lovely neighbours. We have a development called Canti Asri, an environmentally sound development for this lovely location. We have only 3 left now. It's time for you to contact me about this one.
The other great location is on the Bukit peninsula, Jimbaran. A new development there called The Views is on a perfect piece of land which slopes down with magnificent sunrise and sunset views across the water. 18 beautiful homes here for sale. This is also a property with a high potential capital gain.
I'd love to show you some of our properties, introduce you to the market and help you find an investment that suits your budget and your investment goals.
